Outdoor pool was very nice. Staff was pleasant, room was clean. There is a $25 security deposit that must be made, but other than that, nothing unexpected.

There was no breakfast served, only coffee. It would have been great to have at least a Continental breakfast as most hotels offers such a feature. In addition, the coffee creamer selection was not existent. Flavored creamer options would have been wonderful.

It was a fantastic room it's was clean in the morning kids was running around on the floor above me but that's to be expected

It was most Def the BEST service and nice staff on all shifts that would go above n beyond to help with any needs or questions u may have

The room was incredibly clean. Hardwood floors rather than carpet which I personally prefer. Bathroom was in great shape and very clean. Bedsheets were not stained and looked like they were thoroughly washed.

I liked that they removed the rugs and had laminate floors, thought that was brilliant, clean and smart. I was truly surprised how nice this place was and specially Becky from housekeeping, she went above and beyond

They left me alone. Lol I am a travel CNA and I work nightshift, housekeeping came by every couple of days but politely left when I said no thank you. I did ask for big trash bags so I could clean up the room and empty the kitty boxes. They had no problems giving me 2 and letting me handle my own messes. I dont want my pet or myself to be a pain to anyone else.

The staff was amazing every time I stayed there. I ended up forgetting my laptop charger and they managed to keep it till I got back. I really enjoyed talking to the staff as i came in and out for the month ( off and on) that I was there.

April the lady at the counter was awesome. More business need people like her. Such a people person ❤️
